Compatible Products:
Returnable if there is a manufacturing defect.
In other issues, returnable in unused condition.
Returnable in remanufactured condition if the customer is not satisfied.
Physical or Accidental Damage:
Not returnable in case of physical or accidental damage.
Refund/Replacement Process:
For physical damaged products, customers must provide an unboxing video of the package for refund or replacement.
In the case of accidental damages, we will replace the product if a testing video is provided.
Conditions for Return:
Products must be in unused condition for return.
Remanufactured products must be returned if the customer is not satisfied.
