Refund policy
- Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund within 3 hours of placing it. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team with your order number.
- Refunds: If you cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the product(s) for a refund, subject to our Returns Policy.
- Returns: To return a product for a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. The product(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them and credit your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.
